Phase 1- Analysis
This phase will both assist in determining what is important for Recruitment, distributor on boarding and ongoing distributor business development.
The first step will be face to face meetings with your team to review the data already on hand, to assist in determining who the current top performers are and benchmark analytics of the existing network. A distributor scoring would be developed for use in the next stage, Development of the Distributor Partnership program. Physical distributor visits of the key performers may be required in conjunction with client to refine both the scoring and expectations.
Phase 1 Key Deliverables
· Distributor Scoring system.
· Distributor recruitment profile.
· Distributor recruitment program outline, presentations and documentation.
Phase 2- Distributor Partnership Program
The Distributor Partnership program will be the main asset of the company after this project. The Distributor Partnership Program outlines the guidelines of your companies market platform and defines partner roles, responsibilities and expectations.
The Distributor Partnership Program is designed to develop a Center-point for your organization and to reward alignment. The purpose of this program is to;
· Create clarity and clearly define expectations.
· Grow market share.
· Create new business opportunities and further develop existing ones.
· Improve communications.
· Encourage alignment.
· Reward partners aligned to the strategic plan.
· Build relationships.
The intent is to provide scale-able programs for Sales, Marketing and administration that will keep the distributor focused on selling and building their network.
Phase 2 Key Deliverables
· Distributor Partnership program and supporting documentation.
· Required and optional alignment programs for distributors.
· Analytical review program / quarterly review.
· Final Distributor Recruitment document aligned with Distributor Partner Program.
Phase 3- Alignment/Execution
Last, and not least is Phase 3, which is focused on program roll-out and execution. During this phase there will be a hands on approach to transitioning distributors onto the new program with an “on ramping“ process that will be spread over time to meet organizational business plan objectives.
During this time the Distributor gets to see first hand the program and its benefits, as well as gives client some real feedback on any tweaks or adjustments that need to be made in the program to optimize strategic plan success.

· Distributor on-boarding and transition roadmap.
· Distributor launch meeting / event.
· Additional support programs and educational resources to build organizational value.
Phase 4- University & Distributor Education Platform
Education is one of the pillars of your strategic plan future development and network growth. This program ensures from an organization-wide stance that all your distributors and their respective teams are educated on the latest programs and techniques in a wide range of areas.
Furthermore, with integration into your Distributor Partner Program the ongoing requirement will ensure that there is a mechanism and framework for annual review. Gamification is key to the success of this program and qualifying points will be acquired through successful University course completion. There will also be opportunities for Distributors to gain additional points or bonuses with courses aligning them to organizational principles and goals.

· University course outline / curriculum with point allocation.
· Learning Management System recommendations and development schedule.
· Integration within the Distributor Partner Program.
